PBB&J Oatmeal

I planned my breakfast while I was falling asleep last night…and this morning I was soooo anxious to get to work so I could eat it! (I like to give myself as much time to sleep as possible so I almost always bring my breakfast and eat it at work while I work)
Introducing…Peanut Butter Banana and Jelly Oatmeal!!

This was sooooooooooooooooooooooo yummy. My oatmeal had:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry oats (I use quaker)
1 sliced banana
1 TBSP of white choc PB (This was really sweet, next time I think I’ll use regular PB)
1 1/2 TBSP raspberry preserves (raspberry is my favorite!!!)
Morning work dragged on…mondays are always so busy…BAH.
My lunch was the highlight of my day…
I took an english muffin and topped each half with a couple of deli meat turkey slices, 1 slice of tomato, and a few 2% cheese cubes and then put it in the toaster oven to get nice and toasty and melty…

Then I made some more kale chips…

It looks like a forest in there!!
All together…

This was the perfect lunch!
Afternoon snacks:

I really like these Odwalla bars!
And when I got home from work, A BROWN Monster…

Smoothie consisted of:
A *large* handful of raspberries
1 frozen banana
couple handfuls of spinach
skim milk
Off to make dinner now…dinner is courtesy of Macaroni Grill, except I’m making it. Stay tuned!
