So, in case you’re wondering, no I did not forget I had a food blog!! I am now going to have to buy a new laptop so until I get the $$ to do so, I’ll be using the Roommate’s laptop. Currently, I’m actually using a loaner laptop from my supercool boss so kudos to her!! But I’ll have to give it back soon. While I have been dutifully taking pictures and still eating healthy, I am a bit hesitant to upload pictures on someone else’s comp. we’ll see. I will, however, post my workout details for the last few days or so…I’ve been increasing my workout schedule and it feels great!! Feeling very motivated lately

Run-2 miles. (ran 1st mile, 2nd mile alternated betweein running/walking/sprints)

Martial Arts Class (70 minutes- KILLER cardio class!! I was dizzy by the end!)
I have been noticing that after I work out I have zero appetite. It doesn’t even matter how hungry I was before I started. So I’ve been trying to eat more calories during the earlier part of the day since a lot of my dinners lately are consisting of smoothies since that’s all I feel I can keep down!!
Anyways, I’m heading to bed early b/c I work early tomorrow and I’m beat!!!
