Hello and thanks for stopping by…Confessions Of A Black Belt has undergone a name change and is now called Raya Runs. You can find me HERE at RayaRuns.Com.

Please bear with me as I work out the kinks on the new blog site…I’m still working on a good header, etc…

And if anyone knows how I can link this page to automatically go to that one, that would be awesome! I own both domains so it shouldn’t be a problem, I just don’t know how to do it??? HELP!! Thanks :-)
